Selleks, et anal\u00fc\u00fcsi tulemustest oleks v\u00f5imalikult palju kasu, aitame soovi korral koostada prooviv\u00f5tukava ning pakume tulemuste t\u00f5lgendamisel praktili soovitusi edasisteks tegevusteks.<br><br>Teostame uuringuid nii toorainetest, valmistoodetest, kosmeetikatoodetest, pakkematerjalidest kui ka veeproovidest. Koost\u00f6\u00f6s allhankelaborite v\u00f5rgustikuga pakume praktiliselt k\u00f5iki anal\u00fc\u00fcsiteenuseid kogu toiduainete sektorile \u2013 nii tootjatele kui ka jaekettidele. Sageli t\u00e4hendab see ka GMO anal\u00fc\u00fcse ja deklareeritud loomaliikide t\u00f5endamist. Selle teket soodustavad k\u00f5rged s\u00e4ilitustemperatuurid ja puudulik h\u00fcgieen. K\u00f5rge histamiinisisaldus v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada allergiasarnaseid s\u00fcmptomeid: n\u00f5gest\u00f5bi, naha punetus, peavalu. K\u00f5rge riskiga on kalaliigid, mis sisaldavad looduslikult palju histidiini nt tuunikala, makrell, sardiin ja heeringas.<br><br>Kuna histamiin on kuumuskindel, tuleb proove v\u00f5tta lisaks v\u00e4rskele kalale ka kalatoodetest. EL m\u00e4\u00e4rus (E\u00dc) nr 2073\/2005 s\u00e4testab proovin\u00f5uded: korraga tuleb v\u00f5tta 9 osaproovi, millest \u00fckski ei tohi \u00fcletada 200 mg\/kg. K\u00f5rge histamiinitase viitab peaaegu alati veale toidu k\u00e4itlemisel \u2013 nt vale temperatuur tooraine t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel v\u00f5i tootmisprotsessis.<br><br>Net-Foodlab Oy pakub akrediteeritud* histamiinianal\u00fc\u00fcsi.
