Net-Foodlab Oy<\/strong> offers cloud-based netfood\u00ae<\/strong> Q-Space service for quality documentation management to support customers’ quality management. The service consists of a platform, user management, creation or transfer of documentation to the service (as part of building a quality system) and training and maintenance of the system. As part of the service, the customer also receives a ready-made framework for standardised classification of documents. The classification can of course also be modified according to the customer’s needs. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Documentation is created directly in netfood\u00ae<\/strong> Q-Space, so the service is not just a document management system. The system has a number of user-friendly features, such as versioning and revision history recovery. The content can consist not only of text, but also of images and diagrams, making the creation and maintenance of flowcharts, for example, efficient. Images, reports and other documents can also be stored as attachments.
 
The netfood\u00ae<\/strong> Q-Space service is used with an SSL-secured browser connection, so the security of the service is up to modern standards. The setting of access rights is agreed with the customer. In collaborative situations, the Net-Foodlab Oy quality team has access to the customer’s documentation, which brings efficiency to both the construction and maintenance of the system. netfood\u00ae Q-Space also makes the management of unannounced audits, for example, more efficient, as any member of the Net-Foodlab Oy quality team can access the customer’s system directly if so agreed.
